Where we work
We operate from two bases — Nagarkurnool and Hyderabad — and our recorded works are in Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthy, Mahabubnagar and Nalgonda districts of Telangana, India.

What we take on.
Five capability lines. Each one is executed as a works contract against a signed work order or agreement — we do not sell products off the shelf.
Works Contract Model
DKR PROJECTS is a works contractor. A client engages us to build or renew something at a defined site. We price the work, sign an agreement, mobilise our own plant and staff, execute the work, and are paid against measured and certified bills. We do not sell off-the-shelf products through this website.

The core of our work. We build and renew village connecting roads, other district roads and PWD roads, and we construct high level bridges and causeways. Our recorded contracts in this line run from single village links to multi-kilometre periodical renewals.

Complaints and escalation
If a matter is not resolved to your satisfaction by the site team, escalate it in writing to Reachdkrprojects@gmail.com, marked for the attention of the partner in charge, with the contract reference and a summary of what has already been discussed. Complaints received in writing are recorded and answered in writing.

We sell construction services, not goods. A client engages us under a work order, agreement or letter of acceptance to construct, renew, repair or maintain civil works at a specified site. We are paid for work executed, measured and certified. Every contract we have executed is listed with client, financial year and value in our projects section.

Transaction currency

Terms & conditions
These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and set out the general basis on which DKR PROJECTS quotes for and executes construction work.
1. Who we are
DKR PROJECTS is an infrastructure and construction contractor with its registered office at Nagarkurnool, Telangana, India. Established in 2004 as a proprietorship by D. Krishna Reddy and reconstituted as a partnership in 2018.
2. What we supply
We supply construction services, not goods. We undertake infrastructure development, residential and commercial construction, industrial projects, turnkey solutions, and renovation and retrofitting. We do not sell products through this website.
3. Use of website
Provided for information about our business, capabilities and completed work. Scrape or commercial exploitation without permission is prohibited.
4. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry or receiving a quotation does not create a binding contract. No work is undertaken until a written agreement, work order or letter of acceptance is signed by an authorised partner of DKR PROJECTS.
5. Governing contract
Every project is governed by its signed agreement or departmental tender conditions. Where the client is a government department, departmental standard conditions prevail.

Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains how DKR PROJECTS handles personal information collected through this website and in our business operations.
1. Information we collect
Name, phone number, email address, organisation, and project details provided via our enquiry form, email, or telephone. Contractual records (work orders, bills, tax registrations) are maintained for live projects.
2. What we do not collect
We do not collect card numbers, CVVs, net-banking credentials or UPI PINs. This website does not process payments or run tracking/advertising cookies.
3. How we use your information
To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations/tenders, execute contracts, manage billing/payments, and fulfill statutory tax and legal requirements under Indian law.

Refund & cancellation policy
This policy details how cancellations and refunds are handled for contracted construction services. All figures are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹).
1. Scope
Applies to advances and mobilisation payments. Signed agreements and departmental tender conditions prevail over this policy.
2. Cancellation by client
Before mobilisation: advance refunded minus documented third-party costs incurred. After mobilisation/part execution: advance refunded after deducting executed measured work and committed mobilised plant/materials costs.
3. Departmental contracts
Government works follow departmental tender rules for cancellation, retention, and refund.

Return & replacement policy
DKR PROJECTS does not sell physical goods, so physical returns do not apply. Rectification and re-execution apply instead.
1. Rectification and re-execution
Non-conforming work identified during execution is rectified or re-executed at our cost. Non-conforming materials are replaced at our cost prior to incorporation.
2. Defect liability period
Defects arising during the contractual defect liability period after completion are made good by DKR PROJECTS at no cost to the client upon written notification.

Delivery policy
Delivery means mobilising plant, materials and personnel to the client's site, executing the contracted work, and handing over the completed project.
1. Operating region
Telangana, India (Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthy, Mahabubnagar and Nalgonda districts). We do not deliver physical products by mail or courier.
2. Handover sequence
Site handover → Mobilisation → Execution → Measurement & Billing → Handover & Completion certificate → Defect liability period.

Payment Terms & Policy
These payment terms apply to construction work carried out by DKR PROJECTS. They form part of our general terms & conditions. Where a signed agreement, work order or tender condition says something different, that document prevails.
1. Currency
All quotations, agreements, invoices, running account bills and payments are denominated and settled in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). We do not quote, invoice or accept payment in any other currency, and we do not accept international payments.
2. Pricing
There is no published price list and this website displays no prices. Each work is priced individually against its scope, quantities, specification, site conditions and lead, either at item rates or as a lump sum. For government work, pricing follows the applicable schedule of rates and tender conditions.
3. Taxes and statutory deductions
Prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless the quotation says otherwise. GST and statutory levies are charged in addition at applicable rates. Tax deducted at source (TDS) and labour cess are applied by the client as required by law.
4. Advance and mobilisation payments
Some contracts provide for an advance or mobilisation payment for moving plant and procuring materials before work is measurable. The amount and any required bank guarantee are stated in the contract, and recovered proportionately from subsequent running account bills.
5. Running account & final bills
Work in progress is billed against running account bills. Quantities executed are jointly measured and recorded, submitted with test results, and paid against engineer certification. On completion, a final bill is settled after certifying all measurements and adjustments.
6. Retention and security deposit
Retention money or security deposits are withheld from bills or furnished as guarantees in accordance with the contract, normally released on completion of the defect liability period.
7. Payment methods & fraud warning
Payments are received by bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS) or cheque in favour of DKR PROJECTS. Government payments are received through treasury systems. Our bank details do not change without formal written intimation on our letterhead. We never ask for card numbers, CVVs, passwords or UPI PINs.
8. Disputed amounts & late payment
Certified undisputed bill portions must be released promptly. Disputed items are resolved by joint measurement or contract dispute clauses.
